New Members
Founded in 1981 the Albany Orchid Society Inc. has promoted the culture of orchids in Albany district for more than forty years. Monthly meetings are a great opportunity to learn about growing orchids, our many experienced growers are keen to share their knowledge with visitors and new members. We hold in-house competitions each month where members show off their flowering orchids forming a beautiful display and share tips on how they grow their orchids.
Monthly Morning Teas: members also catch up between meetings for coffee and cake at one of Albany’s local cafes each month.
Meetings are held at 2pm on the 4th Sunday of the month (except December when there is no meet) at The Albany Bridge Club, Mill St, Albany (see map below).
